The primary objectives were to ensure high-quality comfort and services for all occupants while implementing efficient and reliable plumbing systems, meeting the exacting standards of a luxury hospitality and residential complex. The project faced significant challenges, particularly in maintaining consistent water pressure and temperature across the building’s impressive height, especially during peak usage times. The team needed to deliver high-performance control systems that could meet luxury comfort standards while addressing the unique difficulties posed by vertical integration in such a tall structure. These objectives and challenges underscored the need for innovative solutions in high-rise plumbing systems to balance safety requirements with the expectations of a premium living and lodging experience.
What Waterware products were specified & installed?
To address these challenges, the project scope included the successful installation of high-performing Caleffi Legiomix thermostatic tempering valves in the plant rooms on levels 26 and 41, as well as 450x Caleffi 533 series pressure reducing valves on all hot and cold water supplying hotel rooms and apartments. This project included the installation of BMeter Water Metering management over bulk distribution supply and point of use consumption.
