The Niva Fan Coil Unit is a wall mounted, fan assisted heat exchanger which can heat a room when using a condensing gas boiler or heat and cool a room when combined with a heat pump. It is suitable for all variety of spaces but is especially beneficial where we have underfloor heating and/or cooling on the lower level of the home but want heating on the upper level as well.
