Wireless water meters ordered through Waterware must be configured to each site and each specific location for the submeter prior to dispatch. Use the below form to provide the necessary details for the meters being ordered. Following the installation of the meters a Waterware technician will need to visit the site and commission every meter to ensure correct installation and operation, otherwise the meters and modules on site will not be covered under warranty.
Some installation requirements that are crucial as noted below:
– Water meters must be installed at the correct assigned location according to the label details
– Water meters must not be installed upside down
– Water meters must be easily accessible for service and maintenance
